Insertion of a new route, or
how to count the profile of the route, time of the lamp of the journey and draw a graph ?
[tip] ...if you already have your ID and don't need an example, don't waste your time and just go here.

It is easy and it can make your preparation for your planned hike much easier (…I am sure you know, how much time it can take to count the kilometers and points on the route and even calculation of the lamp of the journey or the layout of the profile....) We will explain everything on examples in 4 steps...
Step 1First of all take your map in your hands and write points of the route in its natural order (exactly how they are on the route) to the text file in the following conformation (every point of the route has to be on its own line of the file):

The last line also end by pressing enter!!!
Comments:
Individual columns (POINT_XX=name of the locality,KILOMETRE== distance in km from the start of the route (not the distance between the points of the route, but x's km of the route - the distance will be taken away automatically), SEA_LEVEL=sea level in metre aND SURFACE=surface of the road) are separeted by one Tab. Write KILOMETRES in approximated decimal numbers and use decimal point. The SEA_LEVEL write in integer numbers. The SURFACE is integer number from the following list:

  • 5 - forest path
  • 6 - cart-road
  • 7 - rocks
  • 8 - ropes, chains

    Step 2Have you already created your file ? Now you have two options:
    1. Link the file to the following form and click the key Count !. (click first on the key Browse.. and choose a text file with a route in a standart dialog window.) or
    2. some of you cannot send files on port:80 (WWW), because the FireWall or other internet security policy does not allow you to do so. You have another option. Copy the contents of TXT file with all points on a route to the following text field to clipboard. (in Windows: to store contents of file in clipboard, press [ctrl+ins], conversally to insert contents of clipboard into the text field, press [shift+ins]);
